- 1 onion (roughly chopped)
- 2 cloves garlic (chopped)
- 125 grams chorizo (peeled and chopped into rough chunks, dried type but you can use fresh one if you want)
- 300 grams risotto rice (paella/)
- 1 tsp. smoked paprika
- 1 yellow bell pepper (or red, deseeded and roughly chopped)
- 1 can chopped tomatoes
- 50 grams frozen peas
- 50 grams sweetcorn (frozen)
- 200 grams prawns (frozen or fresh raw, defrosted if frozen)
- 1 chicken (/veg stock cube, I use Kallo)
- 1 lemon (if you wish)
- 2 baby spinach (fresh, added it here as had some leftover from gnocchi recipe the other night.)
- spring onions (or parsley for garninsh)
