- 1/2 lemon (juice of)
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 150 grams raw peeled prawns (or cooked, about 7-8 per person)
- 1/2 red onion (small, finely diced)
- 1 knob ginger (peeled and diced, about 1 heaped teaspoon)
- 1 clove garlic (large, finely diced)
- 1/3 red chilli (long, sliced)
- 1 tsp. coconut oil
- 2 Tbsp. cashew butter (almond butter can also be used)
- 3 Tbsp. coconut milk (if it's thick, use two and if it's thin, use 3)
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. tamari sauce (gluten-free soy sauce)
- 1 tsp. fish sauce
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. honey
