- 150 mL lemon juice (4 or 6 approximately)
- 2 Tbsp. caster (sugar)
- 1 Tbsp. fish sauce
- 2 Tbsp. coriander roots (and stems chopped)
- 2 Tbsp. coriander leaves (chopped)
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 50 grams peanuts (dry roasted and unsalted)
