- 1 Tbsp. extra light mayonnaise (Hellmann’s)
- 1/2 lime
- 1/2 tsp. garlic (purée)
- 2 slices granary bread (or wholemeal)
- 55 grams tiger prawns (cooked peeled)
- rocket leaves (Handful)
- 5 cms cucumber (piece, sliced)
- 3 leaves fresh coriander

Directions
- Spread the wholemeal or granary bread with the Flora.
- Mix together the mayo with the lime zest and garlic, and spread over the bottom halves of the bagels.
- Top with remaining ingredients and sandwich together.
