Great combo of flavors. No need to follow exact amounts on the ingredien., just use what you have in your fridge/pantry. Sad that you can't click on the web address to pull up the dressing recipe so made my own- sweeter vinegrette and added red pepper flakes. Also used a couple different types of cheese.
