- 4 bay leaves
- 100 mL extra virgin olive oil
- 100 mL white vermouth (or dry white wine)
- 400 mL vegetable stock
- 400 grams artichoke hearts (drained)
- 2 Tbsp. runny honey
- 150 grams broad beans (podded weight)
