- 700 grams potatoes (peeled and diced)
- 500 grams leeks
- 150 grams mushrooms (bottom)
- 1 liter chicken stock cubes (dissolved, in the boiling water)
- 400 mL coconut milk
- 40 grams fresh ginger root
- 60 grams peanuts
- black pepper
- salt
- olive oil
- 2 tsp. ground turmeric

Directions
- 1. Rinse and slice the leeks
- 2. Peel and grate the ginger
- 3. Heat the olive oil in a large saucepan over a moderate heat, add turmeric and ginger and cook for 1-2 minutes.Add the leeks and stir for 2-3 minutes.
