- 2 cups mashed potatoes (cold, sour cream and chive instant mashed potatoes are PERFECT for these potato salmon cakes!)
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs (plus more, if you want to coat the patties in breadcrumbs, see ingredient notes and instructions)
- 1 Tbsp. dill
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil (for cooking)
- 4 Tbsp. mustard (dill, yes, this is a thing and it is delicious!)
- 4 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 2 Tbsp. honey (or more to taste)
