- 1 inch canela
- 3 cloves
- 1 Tbsp. coriander seeds (Dhania/)
- 1 tsp. jeera (/Cumin Seeds)
- 1 tsp. saunf (/Fennel Seeds)
- 1 tsp. mustard seeds
- 1 red chilli (halved)
- asafoetida (A generous pinch of Hing/)
- 3 curry leaves
- 2 Tbsp. oil
