- 2 lb. fingerling potatoes (Idaho®, I loved using white, purple and red in this recipe)
- 4 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. garlic powder
- 1 Tbsp. paprika
- 1/2 tsp. chili powder (if you want to kick up the heat, feel free to add more)
- 1/4 cup peri-peri sauce (or Piri-Piri)
- 1 lemon (cut in wedges)
- 2 green onions (sliced thin)
