    Nice and creamy! I followed the recommendation to add cajun seasoning and I added WAY too much (1tbsp is recommended). If you want something spicy I would only add a half tablespoon or less. I also added corn for extra texture. Very good!

    Very good! My husband had been craving potato soup, and now he is in the recliner in a carb induced coma. 😂 After reading the reviews, I questioned including the garlic. My husband said yes, so I did. It was delicious and he loved it, but I think I would have preferred it without. Either way, it was a winner for the first cooler, cloudy day of the season

    This came out excellent. I threw in 1/2 cup of cream because I had to use it up, and increased the chicken stock a bit because mine thickened up too much. (Probably due to the cream!) Pretty versatile base to add things you like, but terrific just the way it is.

    This soup is perfect! I am a fan of Yukon Gold potatoes but this recipe is so Rich and creamy that I have found russets with their earthy flavor and light texture are the perfect match!

    It turned out well. The only thing I would change is for the time it takes. It takes a lot longer then 35 mins. I also added homemade guacamole to my bowl and it was delicious.
    I cut the flour in half as well as omitted the cheese. It’s so delicious!!!

    Easy and delicious, especially since I had all the ingredients on hand. I made it exactly as the recipe called for, and my husband and I both thought it was yummy! Will definitely make it again.

    Easy and delicious. Cook the potatoes a little longer than you think you need to so they are all tender. I skipped the bacon, but I did use a tablespoon of bacon grease with butter because I had some in the refrigerator. (I recently moved south, so it has become a staple.) I also skipped the sour cream added at the end, but set it out as a stir in option. We will definitely enjoy this one again! Saved it,

    Good!! Liked by my 5 year old and very picky 9 year old! I followed the recipe exactly but used just a little bacon grease with 1 tbsp of butter. At the end, I mashed some of the potatoes with my potato masher.

    I loved this recipe super easy! I feel like it took me about 40 min to finish the soup I did use sour cream more than 1/4 cup and more bacon but really it's up too you and how you like it but it was my first time making it and it came out perfect my husband loved it too I had no leftovers :)

    Easy to make and quite delicious. It pleased every palate in the family. I substituted the bacon with sausage links to get more of a meaty bite.
