Description
The crust for this pizza is made from a combination of potatoes, flour, and salt for a rich dense crust. Top the crust with pesto and your favorite pizza toppings such as grated parmesan, tomatoes, capers, or anchovies. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until the edges are crispy and golden. Directions
- Peel and dice the potatoes, and boil until soft and tender.
- Drain and mash the potatoes.
- Place the mashed potatoes on a floured work surface.
