easy to make, few ingredients. My 5 and 2 y/o like it. They drink it cooled, with a straw. I added some vitamins and MCT in it for them.

Made this soup today since I got some leeks from the farmers market. Soup was rich & delicious. Was real easy to follow & make. I didn’t use all the heavy cream though & still was great!

I made significant changes to the base recipe - first by cutting it in half for a smaller batch, then by adding a shallot and some rosemary, chipotle pepper and smoked sea-salt to add some savor. Yum!!!

For my taste it would have been too mild and not thick enough. But basicaly it is a good recipe. During serving I added some lemon juice, gratted parmesan, also some dills along with chives and finaly some roasted garlic-pepper spice. Turned out great at the end.

This was delicious! I did make a few changes based on what I had on-hand. I only had 3 leeks, and I used my own home-made beef broth instead of chicken broth, since I needed to use it up. I also used a package (8oz) of cream cheese, cubed, instead of the cream. I also mixed in 1.5 lbs of cooked ground beef after the blending step.

Very tasty, I didn't use a many leeks because I didn't want to over power it, it tasted fantastic! I sprinkled a few chives on top & it was delicious! I was hoping for it to be a little thicker. I left the potatoes in small chunks, next time I'll take some of them & mash them & add them in to help with the thickness.

Easy to make and perfect on a snowy day. Everyone loved it. I used chicken broth and slightly less cream, but still turned out delicious. Will definitely make again!

Turned out perfect as my rating shows! I substituted a fair amount of fresh young (wild) fennel leaves and stalks with the thyme as that is what was available in our garden. I don’t like cream in my soups but this amount is just perfect enough for one not to realise that there is cream in it. Sublime. Recommended
