My wife used to have it in her first class air travels and missed it with the pandemic This recipe is perfect!

Very delicious! I added smoked ham. Also I appreciate how the author explained how to clean the leek, I’ve never eaten with leeks before!

First time ever even using leeks - love the soup, definitely going to be using this recipe again!

Delicious and easy. Made as written except 1) subbed tarragon for thyme because that’s what I had on hand, 2) used 1/2 c cream, 1/2 c half & half at end. Great dish for the deployment of my rarely used immersion blender. Served with garlic cheese pita toasted triangles. Everyone gave it a thumbs-up!

So good even my kid Loved it. I cut the recipe in 1/2 and used whole milk with Parmesan cheese instead of cream. Will make again

It was okay and not my favorite. I would not recommend putting chives as a garnish b/c the taste with the leeks gives an “onion kick”

easy to make, few ingredients. My 5 and 2 y/o like it. They drink it cooled, with a straw. I added some vitamins and MCT in it for them.

Made this soup today since I got some leeks from the farmers market. Soup was rich & delicious. Was real easy to follow & make. I didn’t use all the heavy cream though & still was great!

I made significant changes to the base recipe - first by cutting it in half for a smaller batch, then by adding a shallot and some rosemary, chipotle pepper and smoked sea-salt to add some savor. Yum!!!

For my taste it would have been too mild and not thick enough. But basicaly it is a good recipe. During serving I added some lemon juice, gratted parmesan, also some dills along with chives and finaly some roasted garlic-pepper spice. Turned out great at the end.
