  • 1/2 teaspoon white pepper
  • 2 yukon gold potatoes (– 3 medium, peeled, diced and rinsed, about 3 cups)
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lime juice
  • 1 dinner roll
  • 1 1/2 cups croutons
  • 1/2 clove garlic (grated)
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon herbs (fresh minced, — I use a combination of parsley, tarragon and thyme.)
