It was good used Cajun style andouille sausage in place of kielbasa gave it some heat

It is delicious. I would have never thought of adding these ingredients to kielbasa. I love kielbasa but struggled to make it into a meal instead of an appetizer. This will be my go to recipe.

Great recipe. Very tasty. I instant-potted my potatoes before I cubed them and they were way too mushy, so definitely follow the recipe as-written! :-)
Follow-up: the kids said this recipe has too much vinegar, so you might consider halving the vinegar and maybe substituting water if you need more liquid. All the liquid is supposed to boil off anyway, so maybe it's not necessary.

Pretty tasty. I read previous reviews and agreed that the potatoes needed longer in the microwave. I added at least another minute and a half to two minutes. I don’t have thyme so i just used parsley. Also, i cooked the bacon then through the microwaved potatoes in the left over bacon fat and browned them there before combining them with the kielbasa and onions.

Quick, easy, and tasty. It was like there was a sausage in my mouth, and everyone was invited.
