- 30 oz. frozen hash brown potatoes (thawed)
- 24 oz. ham steak (pre-cooked and packaged, diced)
- 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 yellow onion (diced)
- 10.75 oz. condensed cream of chicken soup
- 8 oz. Sour Cream
- 1/2 cup butter (melted)
- salt (to taste)
- black pepper (to taste)

Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- Stir all of the ingredients in a large bowl and season with salt and pepper.
- Transfer mixture to the prepared baking dish and cover with foil.
- Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Remove foil and continue baking until brown, 10-15 more minutes.
