- 5 mL salt

- 5 mL instant yeast (Fleischmann’s)
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 250 mL warm water (I cup)
- 30 mL olive oil
- 2 small potatoes (thinly sliced, boiled for two minutes, drained and cooled)
- 2 tsp. sea salt
- 1 sprig fresh rosemary (or teaspoon of dried rosemary)
