- 1 large egg (room temperature)
- 2 Tbsp. unsalted butter (melted)
- 2 cups potato chips (I suggest chips with ridges because they look prettier. I also recommend using chips that have not been seasoned with anything other than salt. However, I encourage you to experiment with different types of chips that pair well with your pie fillings.)
