- 1 1/2 cups mashed potatoes (cooked, about 2 Idaho® russet potatoes)
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 1/2 cups self rising flour
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. unsalted butter (cold, cut into small cubes)
- reserved drippings (from the bacon)
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt (to taste)
- 1/3 tsp. ground black pepper
- 3 cups milk (depending on how thick you like your gravy)
