- 3 Tbsp. warm water
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. granulated sugar
- 1 Tbsp. sesame oil
- 1 tsp. sriracha
- 2 Tbsp. fresh ginger (peeled and minced)
- 2 tsp. garlic (minced)
- 2 tsp. red jalapeño pepper (or any other hot red chile, seeded and thinly sliced on the bias)
