- 1 lb. fresh tomatoes (chopped, ~2 cups)
- 5 kale leaves (large, destemmed and chopped)
- 1 tsp. dried oregano
- 1 tsp. mustard powder (ground)
- 1 tsp. fennel seed (ground)
- 1 tsp. salt (or to taste)
- 1 tsp. ground pepper (or to taste)
- 2 Tbsp. fresh parsley (chopped)
