- 2 pkg. yeast
- 1 cup warm water (luke)
- 2 cups milk (warm)
- 1 cup sugar
- 10 eggs (room tempurature)
- 10 cups flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 cubes butter

Directions
- Dissolve the 2 packages of yeast in 1 cup of luke warm water and set aside. Because there are so many steps ahead I find it helpful to prep all of the ingredients while the yeast dissolves (and I don’t get as impatient that way!)
- Warm 1 cup of milk and add it to 1/4 cup of sugar in a large bowl. Add yeast mixture. Next add two eggs and mix by hand until well mixed. Add 2 cups of flour and mix by spoon or by hand. Dough should be pretty soupy at this point. Set bowl aside. In a different bowl add 8 cups of flour, 1/2 teaspoon salt and 3/4 cup of sugar. Mix and set aside. In a third bowl beat together 1 cup warm milk and 8 eggs. Add 2 cubes of melted butter and mix. set aside. So now you should have the yeast mixture, the flour mixture and the egg mixture.
- Add yeast mixture to flour mixture gradually while stirring. Then add egg mixture gradually.
