Delicious! I did not boil the potatoes beforehand.I just mixed the potato chunks with oil & spices & spread them out on an oiled cookie sheet & baked them at 400 for 35 minutes.

Great, I microwaved potatoes on baked potato setting, otherwise just as shown. Will definitely make again.
