    I make sea food often. This was a good recipe, definitely different since I am used to preparing scallops with white instead of red wine. Not my favourite but good.

    I added honey to the reduced glaze. It was OK, but I'd sauté and Caramelized the garlic first, then add scallops back to the pan.
