- 1 sprig fresh thyme (leaves chopped)
- 32 oz. cod fillets
- seafood seasoning (or sweet paprika, recommended: Old Bay)
- chopped flat leaf parsley (for garnish, optional)
- crusty bread (or rolls or Portuguese rolls, for mopping)
