- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- 1 slice serrano ham (presunto, or prosciutto, excess fat removed and cut into 1/4-inch cubes)
- 2 Tbsp. fresh orange juice
- 1 Tbsp. unsalted butter
- flat leaf parsley leaves (Minced fresh, for garnish, optional)
- 2 Tbsp. grated orange zest (preferably organic,, to taste)
