Second time I’ve done this. It’s really simple, substituted Kale with courgettes and marrow. You can use anything you have really. Quick, simple, very tasty 😋

We loved it. I didn’t have kale so I used peppers and courgettes and was great.
The chorizo at the start was good and the chorizo I used was a hot one.

Flavourful! Easy to make and turns out really good. Couldnt find cod fish in the market and used another fillet but turns out well nonetheless. Will definitely make this again.
