loved this dish! Since cilantro is my favourite herb, it had a beautiful taste though, my husband found it a bit overpowering. unfortunately this isnt a entree soup, its just not hearty enough but instead of using all chicken stock, we can use cream of chicken to thicken it up and remove the eggs. i will try this next time around!
