Very crispy and crunchy!! Great texture and the mushroom inside was soft but not mushy. I had half panko crumbs, half Kellogg crumbs. Cooking them in batches is a little time consuming, and portion is definitely for a group of atleast 6. I served with a side of Greek yogurt for dipping. Would do again for a party.
