I was skeptical about the cook times, but followed the recipe. The bello was eviscerated and the peppers were practically raw. Try grilling the mushroom, and sautéing the peppers separately. Build the burger with fresh tomato, lettuce, etc. The maple isn’t necessary either. It’s a rather odd combination. Wouldn’t recommend.
