- 4 chicken breasts (– butterflied)
- 1 cup cheese (goganzola, – crumbeled)
- 1 cup green onion (chopped)
- 4 Tbsp. port wine
- 4 Tbsp. chicken broth
- bread crumbs (sprinkle)
- 1 egg

Directions
- Mix the gorgonzola cheese and onions and stuff the chicken – if there is extra – put it on top
- Place in a baking dish
- Top with liquids ( I usually put enough of the liquids in equal parts, until baking dish bottom is covered and drizzle a little over the chicken)
- Brush with a beaten egg and sprinkle with bread crumbs
- Bake at 375 for 45 min. uncovered
