- 16 oz. salt (JOHNSONVILLE®, & Pepper Ground Pork Sausage)
- green bell pepper, sliced
- yellow bell pepper (sliced)
- red bell pepper (sliced)
- garlic (cloves, minced)
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 cup beef broth
- tomatoes (sliced)
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- garlic salt
- provolone cheese (cup shredded)
- hoagie rolls (7-8-inches)

Directions
- In a skillet, cook and crumble sausage over medium heat until sausage is browned and the internal temperature is 160°F; about 10 minutes. Drain if desired. Remove and keep warm.
- In the same skillet, cook and stir the peppers, onion and garlic in olive oil over medium heat until tender; about 3-5 minutes. Add beef broth; cook until reduced.
- Spread cut sides of buns with mayonnaise; sprinkle with garlic salt.
