Sooooooo gooooood!
No red red meat in this home, so 2 turkey drumsticks make the perfect substitute. Also, from a yooper standpoint 2 tsp of black pepper is not what this dish is about. - 2 Tbsp is just perfect! In addition I added 1 Tbsp if liquid smoke and 1/4 cup beer and put it all in an instant pot for 45 min - allowing it to naturally release for about 20 min
