- 1 tsp. toasted sesame oil
- 1 Tbsp. Shaoxing rice wine (or dry sherry)
- 2 tsp. cornstarch
- 1 pinch ground white pepper
- 1 pinch sea salt
- 16 egg (2½- by 2½-inch wonton, wrappers)
- 1 medium carrot (washed, trimmed and cut into thin slices, about 10 slices)
- 2 Tbsp. light soy sauce (premium)
- 2 Tbsp. toasted sesame oil
- 2 Tbsp. rice vinegar (clear)
- 1 tsp. coriander (stems, finely chopped)
- 1 tsp. chiles (deseeded and finely chopped)
