- 4 boneless pork chops
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. ground black pepper
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. promise buttery spread
- 2 granny smith apple
- 1 sweet onion
- 1 1/2 cups carrots
- 2 Tbsp. firmly packed dark brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar (white, or apple cider vinegar)
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries

Directions
- In 12-inch nonstick skillet, melt 1-1/2 tablespoons Promise® Buttery Spread over medium-high heat and cook chops, turning once, 6 minutes or until done. Remove chops and keep warm.
- In same skillet, melt remaining 1/2 tablespoon Spread and cook apples and onion, stirring occasionally, 4 minutes. Add carrots and cook 2 minutes. Stir in sugar and vinegar. Reduce heat and simmer 2 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Stir in cranberries and any juice from chops. Serve chops over slaw.
