- 4 bone-in pork chops (about 1 1/2 lbs)
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1-1/2 cups seeded and quartered sweet and/or hot whole vinegar peppers (reserve 1 tablespoon pepper liquid) (seeded and quartered, sweet and/or hot, reserve 1 tablespoon pepper liquid)
- 1 jar (1 lb. 8 oz.) Ragu® Old World Style® Pasta Sauce (1 lb. 8 oz.)

Directions
- Season pork, if desired, with salt and black pepper. Heat olive oil in 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and brown pork, turning once.
- Stir in Pasta Sauce, peppers and reserved liquid. Simmer covered 5 minutes or until pork is done.
- Serve, if desired, with hot cooked fettuccine.
