delicious! will use less brown sugar next time as the sixe of the pork i had was closer to 2lb.

Took longer than I expected but I had a lot of meat, maybe overloaded. Flavourful and aromatic but not at all spicy-hot. Plan to use for all my burrito/taco/enchilada needs. Could meld in with whatever sauces and toppings you like.
