- 1 egg
- 12 oz. wonton wraps
- 1 egg (beaten with 1 tbsp. water for egg wash)
- water (for boiling wontons)
- 2 shallots (sliced 1/8-inch thick)
- 1 cup canola oil (or vegetable oil)
