- 1/2 lb. ground pork
- 1 cup leeks (chopped, these can be thawed from frozen)
- 1/4 tsp. galangal (chopped)
- 1/4 tsp. kaffir lime leaves (chopped)
- 1/4 tsp. thai basil leaves (chopped)
- 1/4 tsp. lemongrass (chopped)
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. freshly ground pepper
- 1 egg
- 1 pkg. wonton wrappers (round, there were 60 in my package and we used all but 2 broken ones)
- 2 qt. stock (I used Thai Turkey, but chicken or vegetable would do)
- cooked rice
- scallions
- sesame oil
- soy sauce
