- 4 radishes (small, I used French breakfast but red radishes or daikon radishes will be fine!)
- 1/3 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 1/3 cup unseasoned rice vinegar
- 4 Tbsp. sesame oil (divided)
- 2 tsp. chili oil (more or less to taste, depending on spice preference)
- 1 tsp. toasted sesame seeds
- salt (to taste)
