- 1 kg pork shoulder (slices)
- 250 mL pineapple juice (canned, Lee brand)
- 125 mL cola (drink, coke or pepsi)
- 125 mL ketchup
- 80 mL light soy sauce
- 200 grams brown sugar (at first I put in 100gm, but I did some tasting the next day and it tasted sourish rather than sweet, so I added in more sugar)
- 1 Tbsp. garlic (grated)
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1 tsp. ground black pepper

Fantastic, left I fridge 48hs
Gently browned and then added the marinade slowly so as to thicken and remain a nice appetising rich colour
I would most definitely make again
