- 1/4 cup chicken stock ((2oz, 60ml))
- 2 Tbsp. white balsamic vinegar

I didn't have a pork tenderloin, so I used two 1" thick center cut pork chops instead. The wife said, WOW!! on the first bite. I added a little more bell pepper, since the wife likes lots of vegetables. This will definitely be added to our menu in the future for our guests.
