- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 Tbsp. worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. hoisin sauce
- 1/4 cup agave nectar (honey may be substituted)
- 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp. anise seed
- 3 cloves garlic (finely minced)
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 cup vermouth
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup pomegranate juice (we used POM Wonderful)
- 1 diced apple (peeled)
- 1/3 cup agave nectar (honey may be substituted)
- 1/2 cup marinade (reserved)
- 3 Tbsp. butter
