- 2 pork tenderloins (1-2 pounds each)
- 1 can Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup (10.5 oz can)
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup chicken stock
- 2 tablespoons of dijon mustard
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. granulated garlic
- 1 Tbsp. canola oil
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley

Directions
- Season your pork tenderloin with salt, pepper and 1 tsp of granulated garlic. Make sure you cover all sides on both loins. Preheat your oven to 400°F.
- Turn your stove to medium high heat and heat up a large cast iron skillet. Add your canola oil when the skillet has heated up.
- Sear the tenderloins on all sides so they have a nice dark brown color.
