In my performance of the recipe, I found that the peppercorns were strong enough to ruin the dish. Perhaps if we used better or older peppercorns, or course ground them instead of crushing them, it may have helped. Use your discretion.

Such an easy recipe for such a wonderful flavor! The sauce makes this dish! Have made this several times and will continue to have this us one of my "go to" recipes.
