- 1/2 tsp. chili powder

- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 chipotle chilis in adobo sauce (finely chopped, about 1 Tbsp., can use 1/2 Tbsp. chili powder instead)

Good flavor and recipe, I enjoyed! Just not enough liquid/moisture to support 2.5# of pork. Worthy of another try, will try add a cup of broth in the beginning to support the final step.
I used 3 chipotles and a Tablespoon of sauce, next time I’ll double that to get more chipotle flavor and heat.

Great! Increased the adobo chili’s and removed the chili powder. Gave it an awesome smoky spiciness
