1.5 hours is a wee long, pulled er out like some back seat lovin right at 160F. gave er a baste and hit it with some salt n peppa (pushed it real good).. then flipped on the broiler to get that bacon more crispy than a potato chip in some bureaucrats dump truck.. i dig it. i may red wine vinegar next time. great pairing with Codigo tequila.
cheers

A perfect dinner for a family that loves their pork tenderloins. Better when grilled honestly. You'll love this recipe guaranteed.

Very tender!! cooked on stovetop, 7 minutes on each side. Reduced apple jelly to thick syrup, basting the medallions, then broil at 425 degree for 5 minutes.

Keith loved these - I used 1/ of my moms home-made grape jelly & 1/2 hot pepper jelly. I also used cinnamon sugar rather than just plain cinnamon. Marinated these overnight and didn't use the cayenne...

Terrific! This is the 2nd time I made it. The only thing I would do differently is pull it off the grill at 130 vs 135 to keep it a little moister. it will reach 135 while it rests. Also, no need to precook the bacon. It cooks fine wrapped around the pork tenderloin medallion.

So easy and super yummy! Used a grill pan on the stove, but can’t wait to try on the grill.
