This recipe easily alters to a wide variety of vegetable and sauce combination. Recipe from Lisa Tapper.


  • 1 pound boneless pork loin (cut in ¼-inch strips)
  • 3 tablespoons oil
  • 16 ounces vegetables (stir-fry, fresh or frozen)
  • 1 bottle stir fry sauce
  • 1 bottle stir fry sauce
  • 1 envelope sauce mix
  • cooked rice
  • soy sauce (As needed)

    1. Freeze pork for 30 to 45 minutes for ease in slicing; cut across grain into 1/4-inch strips.
    2. In large non-stick skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add pork; stir-fry for 3 minutes. Add vegetables and stir-fry for 7 to 8 minutes, or until crisp-tender; drain any water. Stir in stir-fry sauce; heat through.
    3. Fluff rice with fork. Serve pork and vegetables over rice. Add soy sauce, if desired.
