I just made this, but I use Pearl River Bridge soy sauce. If you do that, cut the soy sauce in half. The meatballs were nearly too salty to eat, I'm going to re-carb them for myself by tossing them with some rice. My husband, who is low carb, likes things saltier due to being in Keto. So that worked out well.
