Turned out GREAT! The important thing to do is to cut the pork in small enough pieces that when cooked it will be tender. I cut up the canned whole tomatoes with kitchen scissors before adding too. I cannot get sour cream where I live so I used greek yogurt and it turned out great. Will try this next time with chicken. This is a great recipe. Served with roasted zucchini and buttered penne and it was a big hit.
